Our Story


Welcome to CVL:LDN otherwise known as Civil London, Recruitment Specialists in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Projects Nationwide.


CVL:LDN is brought to you by Industry Trained Professionals with extensive experience and knowledge gained in real working environments, transferred to the Recruitment Industry.


After qualifying in Civil Engineering, our Managing Director worked for one of the UK's leading Civil Engineering companies on a wide range of Infrastructure Projects including Highway Construction, Pipelines, Mains Renewals, Flood Alleviation and Telecom Civils Projects.


After a successful career in Civil Engineering, he then went on to work for a Multi-National recruitment company and gained status as the most successful consultant in this sector.  


With this experience he identified the pitfalls of of the larger ‘corporate’ style recruitment companies.  Through countless conversations with clients and candidates, he knew that a tailored recruitment solution was needed for the industry.  


CVL:LDN was launched, with its modus operandi focused on fostering strong working relationships, offering tailor made solutions to clients and value for money without compromise on quality.  Industry specific guidance can be offered to candidates seeking a role with a structured and more personal approach to what can otherwise be a daunting process.
